Ugadi festival cooking session

Today Ugadi, according to Hindu calendar 1st day of the new year. My wife had plan to invite cousins to home and cook together festival food.

Our cooking team consisted of myself, wife and 2 of my cousins. We set the menu as,

Corn cucumber salad

Beans palya

Bitter gourd hasi ( based on yoghurt)

Tender mango chitranna

Okra Sambar

Carrot halwa

Papad

The fun in cooking socially is you speed up the entire cooking process also it’s less boring and you learn new dishes!
